Cosmic Air Conditioning and Heating have been servicing and maintaining my home AC and heating systems for the past 10+ years. During that time, I have always found them responsive and professional. From the annual inspections and tune-ups, to maintenance and repairs and system replacement when repairs are not possible, the quality of their work has been without fault. Their prices are competitive and their response time when something isn’t working has always been prompt (even in the middle of summer!) I am especially pleased with their knowledge and ability to repair existing equipment instead of continually trying to sell upgrades or replacements and with their commitment to making the systems work as promised – even if that requires repeated returns at no additional price. I called Cosmic for a service on my units in my home as my exceptional landscaper called out a problem he saw. Anticipating some maintenance, I scheduled an appointment for Monday morning. Cosmic’s dispatch and likely owner called half an hour later saying they had a cancellation and if I could fill the slot. I of course said yesAlbert, the technician arrived promptly afterwards. Polite, professional and technically savvy he went straight to work. After doing some diagnostics he presented a plan for not only a repair but a rework that would add value to my home for a minimal investment. It was reasonably priced and they had the components in the van. This is especially important these days when supply chain is hugely constrained. Everyone knows your A/C breaks when it is most under demand so parts and electronics that are failing shouldn’t be left to chance.Long story short Albert completed the re-work and servicing within a few hours. He did so in a clean, well organized and methodical manner. Albert appreciated that my grandson, a 4 month old, was napping in the room below the attic and was quite exceptional in keeping the noise to a minimum. This was hugely appreciated by my daughter and her husband. We all will now rest much easier knowing the system has been made reliable again with the right repairs and rework done correctly the first time.I strongly recommend Cosmic for all of your HVAC needs. If you are selling or buying a home they also offer the service of inspecting the HVAC so you aren’t reliant upon a lesser experienced home inspector’s visual inspection.Thanks Cosmic for a job well done.

Called in the morning and the owner was friendly and trying to help. He told me he could have someone at 2 PM. Called back 15 minutes later and told me he can actually have someone in 45 minties, which be 10:40.Albert was friendly. Explained everything. Polite. Wore a mask. Got the furnace working again with upfront pricing. Left once to pick up a second of part, but came back in 30 minutes. During lunch! I told him I thought he would go for lunch, but he told me he wanted to fix it first and have my issue resolved. Unexpected. Great service and friendly people.
